Flashing Amber Lights
Approval of Revolving Amber Lights for Certain Vehicles
PURSUANT to regulation 67 (8) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves the fitting of two revolving or flashing amber lights on motor vehicle registration number HW 6985 owned and operated by Easy Reach Platforms 1973 Ltd. This approval is subject to the following conditions:
- Both lights may only operate simultaneously when one would not be able to be seen from the front or rear of the vehicle.
- The vehicle shall be painted a conspicuous colour.
- The light(s) shall not be used while the vehicle is in motion.
- The light(s) shall be used only while the vehicle constitutes a traffic hazard.
- Suitable and adequate warning signs shall be erected while the lights are operated.

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities mentioned in the Schedule hereto of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.
