A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block I, Kairanga Survey District, described as follows:

75 } Parts Lot 19, D.P. 2994, being part Section 149, Town 303{ of Sandon; coloured orange on plan.

As shown on plan M.O.W. 27705 (S.O. 28119), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

Easements over Land taken for Waterworks in Block V, Ikitara Survey District, City of Wanganui

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that a right to convey water, in terms of paragraph 2 of the Seventh Schedule of the Land Transfer Act 1952, together with the additional rights set out in paragraph 5 of the said Schedule, is hereby taken for waterworks over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and that the said easement shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wanganui as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of April 1977.
