that a plan of the lands so required to be taken, being a certain
plan lodged for deposit at the Land Transfer Office at Wel-
ington under No. 45279 is deposited at the offices of the
Board, M.E.D. Building, 40/44 Cuba Street, Wellington, and
it is there available for inspection by all persons without
fee during ordinary office hours. All persons who are affected
by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of
the said lands and who have any objection to the execution
of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands or
any of them should state their objections in writing and send
the same within forty (40) days after the first publication of
this notice to the Secretary of the Town and Country Planning
Appeal Board, care Tribunals Division, Private Bag, Postal
Centre, Wellington; and notice is hereby further given that if
any objection is received as aforesaid and unless the objector
otherwise requires, a public hearing of any such objection will
be held and each objector will be advised of the time and
place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

All those pieces of land being more particularly shown as
and comprising part Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit at
the Land Transfer Office, Wellington, under No. 45279, situate
in the City of Upper Hutt, being part Sections 89, 90, 212, and
971, Hutt District, and part Old River Bed, more particularly
described as follows:

  1. 1.4450 hectares, part Section 212, Hutt District, and
    included in deeds index, Volume 3, folio 499 (Wellington
    Registry) standing in the name of J. T. Craig.

  2. 5.530 square metres, being part Section 90, Hutt District,
    included in deeds index, Volume 3, folio 126 (Wellington
    Registry) standing in the name of W. Barton.

  3. 2,926 square metres, being part Section 89, Hutt District,
    and included in deeds index, Volume 34, folio 790 (Wellington
    Registry) standing in the name of W. Barton.

The lands above described are river berm situated along
the eastern edge of the Hutt River, south of Moonshine Road,
Upper Hutt.

OTAKI AND PORIRUA TRUSTS AMENDMENT BILL

The Otaki and Porirua Trusts Board, established by the Otaki
and Porirua Trusts Act 1943, gives notice that it intends to
apply for leave to bring into the House of Representatives the

Otaki and Porirua Trusts Amendment Bill. The object of the
Bill is to empower the Board to carry on the business of
farming upon any additional lands acquired by it.

The promoter of the Bill is the Otaki and Porirua Trusts
Board, whose address for communications or notices is at
Church House, 18 Eccleston Hill, Wellington (P.O. Box 12-046,
Wellington North). A copy of the Bill may be inspected at
that address.

The adjusted weighted average sale price for the auction sale
of wool held on 15 April 1977 at Wanganui was 203.32 cents
per kilogram. The specified percentage for the sale and nation-
ally for private buying of wool is, therefore, 2.05 percent. This
Specified Percentage applies from midnight on 14 April 1977
until midnight on 17 April 1977.

The adjusted weighted average sale price for the auction sale
of wool held on 18 April 1977 at Dunedin was 200.26 cents
per kilogram. The specified percentage for the sale and nation-
ally for private buying of wool is, therefore, 1.31 percent. This
specified percentage applies from midnight on 17 April 1977
until midnight on 19 April 1977.

The adjusted weighted average sale price for the auction sale
of wool held on 5 April 1977 at Auckland was 207.81 cents
per kilogram. The specified percentage for the sale and
nationally for private buying of wool is, therefore, 3.08 per-
cent. This specified percentage applies from midnight on 4
April 1977 until midnight on 14 April 1977.
