NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 18th day of March 1977 presented to the said Court by the Commissioner of Inland Revenue; and said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Rotorua on Friday, the 6th day of May 1977 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose, and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 25th day of March 1977 confirming the reduction of the share capital of the above-named company from $15,000 to $1,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 4th day of April 1977. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
The amount of share capital of OLGA JACKSON LIMITED as altered by the order of the Supreme Court confirming the reduction of the share capital is $1,000 divided into 500 ordinary shares of two dollars ($2) each, and at the date of the registration of this minute the amount of two dollars is deemed to be paid up on each share.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, and in the matter of the WELLINGTON REGIONAL WATER BOARD ACT 1972:
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington Regional Water Board, a board duly constituted under the provisions of the Wellington Regional Water Board Act 1972, and being a local authority within the meaning of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts and under the provisions of all other Acts and all other powers and authorities enabling it in that behalf, to execute a public work, namely, soil conservation and river control, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for soil conservation and river control purposes; and notice is hereby further given that a plan defining the land so required to be taken, being a certain plan lodged for deposit at the Land Transfer Office at Wellington under No. 45052 is deposited at the offices of the board, M.E.D. Building, 40-45 Cuba Street, Wellington, and is there available for inspection by all persons without fee during ordinary office hours. All persons who are affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land and who have any objection or objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land should state their objection or objections in writing and send the same within forty (40) days after the date of the first publication of this notice to the Secretary of the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, care of Tribunals Division, Private Bag, Postal Centre Wellington; and notice is hereby further given that if any objection is received, and unless the objector otherwise requires, a public hearing of such objection will be held and that each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of land situated in the City of Lower Hutt containing one thousand and ninety two square metres (1,092 m²) more or less, being part of Section 11, Hutt District, and being also that part of Lot 1 on Land Transfer Plan No. 42052, comprised in deeds index, Volume 34, folio 661 (Wellington Registry). The land comprises river berm and lies between the Hutt River and the Western end of Hutt Park Road and north of the block of rental flats collectively known as the “Star Flats”.
So far as can be ascertained Fanny Fitzherbert who is recorded as the owner of the land in the said deeds index took title by registration of probate in the estate of her late husband, Sir William Fitzherbert, in the year 1906, and she must now be presumed to be deceased.
