Declaring Land Taken for Better Utilisation in Block VII, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, Taieri County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for better utilisation from and after the 14th day of April 1977.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block VI, Whangarei Survey District, Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whangarei, and also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Johannes Petrus Dykzeul, farmer, of Whangarei and Clasina Maria Dykzeul, his wife, subject to mortgage No. A236304, North Auckland Land Registry.
