PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 8.3188 hectares, or thereabouts, situated north of and with access off Harewood Road in Block VI of the Christchurch Survey District, being part of Lot 1, D.P. 3024, part of Rural Section 3055, C.T. 629/017 (Canterbury Registry).

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 32 acres and 32.3 perches, more or less, situated north-west of and adjoining the Silverstream and with right of way to Hazlett Road, being Lot 2, D.P. 11036, and being part Section 18, Block VI, East Taieri District, C.T. 2C/1308 (Otago Registry).

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 107 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less, situated south of and adjoining Granton Road and bounded to the east by Beehive Road, being Allotment 1 on D.P. 4498 and being part of Section 28, 29, and 30, Block III, Maungatua District, and part of Section 11, Irregular Block, West Taieri District, C.T. 273/47 (Otago Registry).

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above, being—
(i) An area of 42 acres 3 roods 35.1 perches, more or less, situated south-east of and adjoining McLeod Road, being part Lot 6, D.P. 844, and being part Sections 46 and 49, Block III, Maungatua District, C.T. 381/140 (Otago Registry).

(i) An area of 4,932 square metres, more or less, situated east of and adjoining Carlyle Road, being Allotment 30 on plan of Mosgiel Bush Deeds, plan No. 66, and being also part of Section 4, Block VII, East Taieri Survey District C.T. 262/8 (Otago Registry).
(ii) An area of 9476 square metres, more or less, situated east of Carlyle Road in the Borough of Mosgiel, being part Lots 31 and 32, Deeds Plan 66, and Lot 2, D.P. 15213, and being part Section 4, Block VII, East Taieri District, C.T. 6C/999 (Otago Registry).

(iii) An area of 1.2820 ha, more or less, situated south of and adjoining the Silverstream and with access to Carlyle Street in the Borough of Mosgiel, being part Lots 26, 27, 28, and 29, Deeds Plan 66, and being part Section 4, Block VII, East Taieri District, C.T. 339/250 (Otago Registry).

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above, being—

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 9.0295 hectares or thereabouts, situated west of and adjoining Gardiners Road, in Block VI of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 1, D.P. 6479, part of Rural Sections 492 and 495, C.T. 346/129 (Canterbury Registry).

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above, being—
(i) An area of 2.0709 hectares, or thereabouts, situated east of and adjoining Stanleys Road, in Block VI of the Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 2, D.P. 23661, part of Rural Section 57, C.T. 40/1349 (Canterbury Registry).
(ii) An area of 3.8546 hectares, or thereabouts, situated south-west of and adjoining Sawyers Arms Road in Block VI of the Christchurch Survey District, being part of R.S. 1117, C.T. 3D/1009 (Canterbury Registry).
