Revoking the Licence Authorising the Moeraki Maori Committee Inc. to Occupy a Site for a Ramp at the Moeraki Maori Village
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the licence of 5 May 1976* authorising the Moeraki Maori Committee Inc. to occupy a site for a ramp at the Moeraki Maori Village is hereby revoked.

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the licence of 11 December 1974* authorising Major Leonard Lane to occupy a site for a jetty, fish processing factory, and pipeline at Matukauri Island, Whangaroa Harbour, is hereby revoked.

Notice of Approval of Bylaws
PURSUANT to sections 8A and 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby approve the Akaroa Harbour and Foreshore Bylaw 1968, Amendment No. 3 1977, adopted at a meeting of the Akaroa County Council held on 28 January 1977 and confirmed at a meeting of the council held on 25 February 1977.

Licensing the Waikato Valley Authority to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Waikato River at Mercer as a Site for a Water Level Recorder Jetty
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the Waikato Valley Authority (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the Waikato River at Mercer, as shown on plan marked M.D. 11207 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a water level recorder jetty as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of June 1976.

The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be ten cents ($0.10c) payable on demand; provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Licensing Graeme Murray Fraser to Occupy a Site for a Jetty at Taieri Mouth
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit Graeme Murray Fraser (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Taieri Mouth, as shown on plan marked M.D. 12248 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Christchurch, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty and mooring pile as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth on the Schedule hereto.
The licence of 28 March 1966*, authorising Clifford Alexander Cotton to occupy a site for a jetty and mooring pile at Taieri Mouth, is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

The term of the licence shall be 7 years from the 1st day of March 1977.

The premium payable by the licensee shall be five dollars ($5) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be eighty dollars ($80); provided always that the Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Licensing the Northland Harbour Board to Occupy a Site for a Wharf at Limestone Island, Whangarei Harbour
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license and permit the Northland Harbour Board (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of Whangarei Harbour at Limestone Island, as shown on plan marked M.D. 2470 and M.D. 3001 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Auckland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a wharf as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
