PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works and Development hereby
(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule
hereto to be a Government road, and
(b) Stops the said road.

Block IV, Tangihua Survey District, adjoining or passing

Declaring Land Taken for Road in the City of Takapuna

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
road, from and after the 6th day of April 1977.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Land Taken
in Blocks X and XI, Kerikeri Survey District, Bay of Islands
County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Bay of Islands and also
hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second
Schedule hereto, and declares that the road fifthly and sixthly
described in the said Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in
Kenneth Arthur Campbell, of Kerikeri, farmer, that the road
seventhly and eighthly described in the said Schedule shall,
when so closed, vest in Alister Fraser Howden, of Kerikeri,
farmer, that the road ninthly and tenthly described in the said
Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Desmond Cochrane
(Moerewa) Limited, and also hereby takes the land described
in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection
(6) of the said section 29, and declares that the said land
shall, when so taken, vest in the above-mentioned Alister
Fraser Howden.
