Declaring Land Taken for a Teacher’s Residence in Block IX, Katikati Survey District, Tauranga County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teacher’s residence, from and after the 6th day of April 1977.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Land Taken and Resumed in Blocks III and VII, Matapiro Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Hawke’s Bay, and hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and also hereby declares that the road firstly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Selkirk Farm Limited, a duly incorporated company having it registered office at Hastings, and also hereby declares that the road secondly described in the said Second Schedule and the land described in the said Fourth Schedule shall when so closed and resumed vest in John Rolleston Russell, of Tunanui, farmer, subject to mortgages 204377 and 256565, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry; and hereby further declares that the road thirdly and fourthly described in the said Second Schedule, and the land firstly and secondly described in the said Third Schedule shall, when so closed and taken, be incorporated in deferred payment licence No. 419 recorded in register book, Volume E2, folio 985, held by William John McElroy, of Hastings, farmer, subject to mortgage 110118, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.
