Land Taken for a Service Lane in the City of Tauranga

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Tauranga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after the 6th day of April 1977.

Promotion

Flying Officer K. S. Campbell to be Flight Lieutenant with seniority and effect from 22 September 1976.

Extensions of Commission

The commission of Squadron Leader M. W. D. Robinson is extended to 19 July 1978.

The commission of Squadron Leader R. H. Binney is extended to 31 December 1979.

Extension of Commission and Age for Retirement

The commission and age for retirement of Squadron Leader K. W. Claydon are extended to 12 June 1984.

Transfers to Reserve

Flight Lieutenant Victor Edward Elliott is transferred to the Reserve of Air Force Officers until 1 February 1979, with effect from 2 February 1977.

Flight Lieutenant Kerry Stuart Campbell is transferred to the Reserve of Air Force Officers until 1 February 1981, with effect from 2 February 1977.

Flight Lieutenant Lewis John Jenkins is transferred to Reserve of Air Force Officers until 1 February 1981, with effect from 2 February 1977.

ENGINEER BRANCH

Appointments

Flight Lieutenant C. G. Ryan to be temp. Squadron Leader, with effect from 7 February 1977.

Flight Lieutenant W. E. C. Morris to be temp. Squadron Leader, with effect from 31 January 1977.

V85648 Officer Cadet Graham Malcolm Dilks, B.E., is appointed to a permanent commission in the rank of Flying Officer, with seniority from 9 July 1976 and effect from 9 January 1977.

G86256 Officer Cadet Selwyn John Rabbits, B.E., is appointed to a permanent commission in the rank of Flying Officer, with seniority from 9 October 1976, and effect from 9 January 1977.

Adjustment of Seniority

The seniority of Flying Officer T. J. Mayer is ante-dated to 27 July 1976.

Extension of Commission

The commission of Flight Lieutenant J. P. Alexander is extended to 1 June 1981.
