Land Taken for Road in Block X, Otama Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District

DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Thames-Coromandel District as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after the 6th day of April 1977.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land, situated in Block X, Otama Survey District, described as follows:

As shown on plan S.O. 46949, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Amending a Proclamation Taking Land for Road in Block V, Maramarua Survey District, Raglan County

DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 24th day of August 1976, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 99, 9 September 1976, at page 2067, taking land for road in Block V, Maramarua Survey District, Raglan County, by omitting the piece of land being part Allotment 201, Onewhero Parish, containing 581 square metres, sixthly described in the Schedule thereto, and substituting the following Schedule.


SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 518 square metres, situated in Block V, Maramarua Survey District, being part Allotment 201, Onewhero Parish; as shown on plan S.O. 48283 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked “N”.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 26th day of March 1977.
