IN THE MATTER OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1955, AND IN THE MATTER OF VALID COATINGS LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 13 Campbell Place, Papakura, painters, a debtor, ex parte the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, a Creditor:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 11th day of March 1977 presented to the said Court by the COMMISSIONER OF INLAND REVENUE; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on Wednesday the 20th day of April 1977 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

IN THE MATTER OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1955, AND IN THE MATTER OF ORGANIC SOIL FOODS LIMITED, a company duly incorporated, having its registered office at New Plymouth, and carrying on business now as an investment company.

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 2nd day of March 1977, confirming the reduction of capital of the above company from $50,000 to $5,000, and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies at New Plymouth on the 21st day of March 1977. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

“That the authorised capital of the Company be reduced from 25,000 shares of $2 each to 2,500 shares of $2 each making the authorised capital of the Company $5,000 divided into 2,500 fully paid ordinary shares of $2 each.”

PURSUANT to section 24 of the New Zealand Society of Accountants Act 1958, notice is hereby given that, by order of the Disciplinary Committee of the said society, the name of Trevor John Morris, formerly of Greytown, has been removed from the Register of Members of the New Zealand Society of Accountants.

ADVERTISEMENT OF CANCELLING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies has, pursuant to section 70 of the Friendly Societies Act 1909, by writing under his hand dated this 29th day of March 1977, cancelled the registry of the Loyal Tuapeka Pioneer Lodge, No. 5378, branch of the Otago District of the Manchester Unity, Independent Order of Odd Fellows Friendly Society on the ground that the said lodge has ceased to exist.

The adjusted weighted average sale price for the auction sale of wool held on 23 March 1977 at Invercargill was 203.47 cents per kilogram. The specified percentage for the sale and nationally for private buying of wool is, therefore, 2.08 percent. This specified percentage applies from midnight on 22 March 1977 until midnight on 29 March 1977.
