Cancelling the Appointment of a Maori Warden under the Maori Welfare Act 1962

NOTICE is hereby given that the Maori Warden named in the Schedule hereto, has resigned by notice in writing and his appointment is therefore cancelled, pursuant to subsection (4) of section 7 of the Maori Welfare Act 1962, as substituted by section 14 of the Maori Purposes Act 1975.

Amending Notice Declaring Land Taken for Maori Housing Purposes in the County of Taranaki

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice, dated the 26th day of August 1976, published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 96, 2 September 1976, at page 2019, declaring land taken, subject to the grant of right to drain sewage created by transfer 221326, Taranaki Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by the addition of the words, “subject also to the grant of right to drain sewage created by transfer 235754”, immediately after the words “transfer 221326”, and immediately before the words “Taranaki Land Registry”.
