Anthony David Richardson, Esquire
of Hamilton, barrister and solicitor, to be a Stipendiary Magistrate to exercise civil, criminal, and domestic jurisdiction in the Magistrates’ Courts, and to exercise jurisdiction in the Children and Young Persons Courts in New Zealand.

Board Appointed to Have Control of Waikoikoi War Memorial
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

Alexander David McCall,
Albert Henry McCall,
Robert John Simmers, and
Alexander William Stark
to be the Waikoikoi War Memorial Board to have control of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a site for a war memorial.

Appointing Members of the Engineering Associates Registration Board and their Deputies
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Engineering Associates Registration Act 1961, the Minister of Works and Development hereby appoints:
Samuel John Maddocks, a mechanical engineer for the Wellington Hospital Board, as a member of the board;
John Wray, an electrical engineer for the Wellington Hospital Board, as Mr Maddocks’ deputy;
William Peebles Hall, a retired marine engineer, as a member of the board; and
Clifford Somerville Harnett, Secretary of the Auckland Branch of the New Zealand Institute of Marine and Power Engineers, as Mr Hall’s deputy.
The appointments are for a term of two years from the date of this appointment.
