New Zealand—Australia Free Trade Agreement

PURSUANT to Article 3 of the New Zealand – Australia Free Trade Agreement 1965, the products listed in the following Schedule have been nominated by New Zealand and Australia for addition to Schedule A.

Prior to formal inclusion in Schedule A, interested persons or firms are invited to make representations in support of or against any nomination product or products. The representations should be forwarded to the Secretary, Department of Trade and Industry, Private Bag, Wellington, not later than 13 May 1977 and the appropriate enquiries will be conducted. The companies making such representations will be advised of the nature of the enquiries and the form in which submissions should be lodged. In those cases where the enquiries result in a decision to include the goods in Schedule A, and where the Australian Government is in agreement, such inclusion will be effected at the earliest practicable date.
