(ii) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette. -
Import Control Temporary Restriction Notice 1976β covering goods of the class specified in the Schedule hereto, is hereby withdrawn.

Days on Which New Zealand Ensign is to be Flown on Government Buildings
SET OCCASIONS ON WHICH FLAGS ARE TO BE FLOWN ON GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS
The New Zealand Ensign is to be flown from Government buildings from 8 a.m. to sunset on the following days:
6 February Her Majesty's Accession and Waitangi Day.
Second Monday in March Commonwealth Day.
21 April Birthday of Her Majesty the Queen (actual).
25 April Anzac Day.
2 June Coronation Day.
First Monday in June Official Birthday of Her Majesty the Queen.
10 June Birthday of Duke of Edinburgh.
4 August Birthday of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother.
24 October United Nations Day.
Fourth Monday in October Labour Day.
Second Sunday in November Remembrance Day (flags lowered for 2 minutes at 11 a.m.).
14 November Birthday of Prince of Wales.
Opening of Parliament In Wellington only, and only when Parliament is opened by Her Majesty the Queen or by the Governor-General (not on days when opened by Commissioners).
Arrival of Governor-General Designate Only in the city of arrival in New Zealand.
Swearing-in of the Governor-General Designate In Wellington only.
Departure of the Governor-General Only in the city of departure from New Zealand.
Provincial Anniversary Days Only in the relevant provinces, on the actual official date of the anniversary.
OCCASIONS ON WHICH FLAGS ARE FLOWN AT HALF-MAST ON GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS

On day of death and up to and including the day of the funeral: The Sovereign.

On day of death and day of funeral:
Governor-General of New Zealand.
The Prime Minister of New Zealand.
Former Prime Minister of New Zealand. -
On date of funeral only:
Commonwealth Governors-General.
Commonwealth Prime Ministers in Office.
Foreign and Commonwealth Heads of State.
Former Governors-General of New Zealand.
Members of the Royal Family.
Ministers of the Crown.
Members of the House of Representatives.
Permanent Heads of Government Departments.
NOTES:
(1) When flag-flying occasions fall on weekends or public holidays, flags are to be flown only at manned Government buildings and only during the hours in which the buildings are manned for other purposes.
(2) In respect of Government buildings not manned during weekends or public holidays for other purposes, flag-flying occasions which fall at that time should not be observed either then or on any other day.
(3) On any specific occasion, the practice relating to the flying of the flag at half-mast may be varied on special instruction from the Prime Minister.
(4) On occasions where both a private and an official state funeral are held, the flying of the flag at half-mast shall take place only on the date of the official state funeral.
