Amending a Declaration Taking Land for a Teacher’s Residence in Block V, French Pass Survey District, Marlborough County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration, dated 16 September 1976, No. 100, p. 2127, taking land for a teacher’s residence in Marlborough County by omitting the encumbrance (No. 134224, Electricity Agreement, under section 50, Electricity Amendment Act 1968) from the operative clause of the said declaration.
