PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land first described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Maori Trustee by Te Araroa Motors Limited, a duly incorporated company, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease, No. 75525, recorded in certificate of title, No. 1A/342, Gisborne Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land secondly described in the said Schedule held from the Maori Trustee by the said Te Araroa Motors Limited under and by virtue of memorandum of lease, No. 75526, recorded in certificate of title, No. 1A/498, Gisborne Land Registry, are hereby taken for buildings of the General Government, from and after the 10th day of March 1977.
