National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 16 February 1977, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 29 State Highway (Tauranga to Piarere) from the west side of the rail crossing at Hinuera to its junction with State Highway 1 at Piarere, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 15 of Plan LA 23/112/2 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 16 February 1977, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 49 State Highway (Raetihi to Waiouru) from the eastern boundary of the Borough of Raetihi to the Mangawhero River, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of Plan LA 43/101/1 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Wanganui, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 16 February 1977, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 57 State Highway (Levin to Palmerston North) from the eastern boundary of Part 200, Town of Fitzherbert (C.T. 372/84) to the Palmerston North City boundary (junction with SH 57A), as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of Plan LA 44/113/5 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Palmerston North, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

Environmental Impact Report Notified—Waikawa Marina

THE Commission for the Environment has received an environmental impact report prepared by the Marlborough Harbour Board on a proposal to build a marina at Waikawa Bay in Queen Charlotte Sound.

Representations in writing on the environmental aspects of the proposal and on the report are invited and should be sent to the Commission for the Environment, P.O. Box 11244, Wellington, before 28 March 1977.

Copies of the report may be obtained from the Marlborough Harbour Board, P.O. Box 84, Picton.

The report may be read at the public libraries in Blenheim, Picton, Havelock, Nelson, Porirua, Titahi Bay, as well as at the libraries of the four main centres and the 7 university institutions.

PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Northern Regional Arts Council and on the application of the Kerikeri Arts Centre and Community Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the Kerikeri Arts Centre and Community Arts Council to be the Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:

Kerikeri and Purerua Ridings together with that part of Waimate Riding bounded by State Highway 10, Old Bay Road, State Highway 1, Aitkinson Road, Waimate Road and Springbank Road.

PURSUANT to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, on the recommendation of the Northern Regional Arts Council and on the application of the Glenfield Community Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the Glenfield Community Arts Council to be the Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:

The Glenfield ward of Takapuna City on the south western, southern, south eastern, and eastern sides, and on the northern boundary to where it crosses the Glenfield College zone (by the Northern Motorway on Sunset Road); then to follow the Glenfield College zone eastern boundary (up proposed motorway) and northern boundary (just south of Rosedale Road and across the top of the North Shore Golf Course.)
