NOTICE is hereby given that Christchurch Mutual Building Society whose registered office is at 165 Hereford Street, Christchurch, desires to transfer its engagements to New Zealand Permanent Building Society (formerly Otago Building Society) and that the first-named society has applied to the Registrar of Building Societies to confirm the transfer notwithstanding that the consent in writing of the holders of two-thirds of the whole number of shares in the said society has not been obtained in manner required by the Building Societies Act 1965.

The adjusted weighted average sale price for the auction sale of wool held on 16 and 18 February 1977 at Invercargill was 211.65 cents per kilogram. The specified percentage for the sale and nationally for private buying of wool is, therefore, 3.93 percent. This specified percentage applies from midnight on 15 February 1977 until midnight on 21 February 1977.
