Approval to Hunt or Kill Game During an Open Season for Game Where Food Has Been Cast, Thrown, Placed, or Planted

PURSUANT to section 17 of the Wildlife Act 1953, the Minister of Internal Affairs approves persons to hunt or kill game of the species listed in the First Schedule hereto, during an open season for game in the acclimatisation districts named in the Second Schedule hereto, where food has been cast, thrown, placed, or planted during the 1977-78 open season for game or during the period thirty (30) days immediately preceding the 1977-78 open season for game, and subject to the conditions specified in the Third Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE
Grey, shoveler (or spoonbill), mallard and paradise duck, black swan, and Canada goose.

SECOND SCHEDULE
Ashburton Acclimatisation District.
Hawera Acclimatisation District.

Exemption from Jurisdiction of State Services Tribunal and of any Single Service Tribunal

PURSUANT to the State Services Remuneration and Conditions of Employment Act 1969, the Minister of State Services hereby excludes from tribunal jurisdiction the position in the State Services specified in the Schedule hereto, on the ground that the said position involves substantial responsibility, not only for management but also for formulating and advising on policy, and declares that this position is excluded from Parts II, III, and IV of the State Services Remuneration and Conditions of Employment Act 1969.

The Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice No. 1, 1977

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice No. 1, 1977.
2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
3. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 21(2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.
