Land Taken for Stream Diversion Purposes in Block V, Lower Kaikorai Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Stream Diversion purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of February 1977.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 38 perches being part Sections 76 and 77, Block V, Lower Kaikorai Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 17264 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin; and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of January 1977.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an access way and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Otahuhu, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of February 1977.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 5.5 perches, situated in the Borough of Otahuhu, and being the land shown coloured red and marked βRight of Wayβ on D.P. 16590. Balance certificate of title, Volume 375, folio 168.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of January 1977.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was acquired.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods, situated in Block VI, Waitemata Survey District, being part Allotment 237, Parish of Paremoremo; as shown on plan M.O.W. 8817 (S.O. 43967) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

PURSUANT to section 472 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the Minister of Justice has appointed as a committee, pursuant to that section, the following persons:

Brian Cameron McLay,
Robert William Stannard,
Robert William Steele,
Graham Charles Edgar,
Lyndsay Mason Papps,
John Philip Cook,
Walter Raymond Hocking,
Geoffrey Charles Broad, and
John Desmond Rose.
The Minister has appointed Gordon Stewart Orr as Chairman of the committee, and Bruce James Cameron as Acting Chairman in the absence of Mr Orr.
The Minister has also appointed Christopher George Pottinger as an alternate to act in the absence of Mr Papps or Mr Cook; William George Thurston as an alternate to act in the absence of Mr Broad; and David Allen Dale as an alternate to act in the absence of Mr Rose.
