1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice, Wanganui, 1977, No. 2.

2. The notices referred to in the Schedule hereto are hereby revoked being replaced, to the extent necessary, by Maori Land Development Notices, Wanganui, 1977, Nos 3 to 16.

Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto the lands, described in those notices were declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas by reason of a change of appellation following survey, it is considered necessary to replace the notices aforesaid.

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:
