ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point, in Block IV, Otamatea Survey District, in the middle of a public road forming the north-western boundary of Allotment W50, Oruawharo Parish, in line with the northern boundary of Allotment 229 and proceeding north-westerly along a right line to and along the northern side of a public road forming the southern boundaries of Allotments 18, 21, and 22 (as shown on S.O. WHEREAS by virtue of Maori Land Development Notice Wanganui 1977, No. 2, certain notices under Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 are revoked.
