CORRIGENDUM
IN the notice, dated the 22nd day of November 1976, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 128, 16 December 1976, page 2864, declaring land taken for Maori housing purposes in Opotiki County for the words and numbers, “All certificate of title, No. 2B/107” read “All certificate of title, No. 2B/1070” which last-mentioned words and numbers appear in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works and Development.

CORRIGENDUM
IN the heading of the notice dated the 15th day of November 1976 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 124, 9 December 1976, page 2771, proclaiming land as road and road closed and vested in Block VI, Patoka Survey District, Hawkes Bay District, for the words “Hawkes Bay District” read the words “Hawkes Bay County” which last-mentioned words appear in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works and Development.

Declaring Land in the South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WAIKATO COUNTY
SECTION 14, Block VII, Maramarua Survey District: area, 8093 square metres, more or less (S.O. Plan 26966).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of December 1976.

Declaring Land Used as a Roadway in Block III, Hukatere Survey District, Otamatea County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road, and to be vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Otamatea.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 4 perches, situated in Block III, Hukatere Survey District, and being part Waihaua No. 1 Block; as shown on plan M.O.W. 24921 (S.O. 46717) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of January 1977.

THE RIGHT HON. R. D. MULDOON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 10 of the National Parks Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the Crown land, described in the First Schedule hereto, and the State forest land, described in the Second Schedule hereto, shall, as from the date hereof, be added to and form part of Abel Tasman National Park and shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with by the Abel Tasman National Park Board in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.
