Pork Marketing Board—Basic Minimum Price for Pigs—
Notice No. 6, 1978
PURSUANT to regulation 13 of the Pork Marketing Board Regulations 1973, and regulation 5 of the Pork Marketing Board Regulations 1976, Amendment No. 2, the Pork Marketing Board hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Basic Minimum Price for Pigs Notice No. 6, 1978.
- This notice shall be operable from the 3rd day of January 1978.
- This notice fixes the basic minimum prices for pigs, as specified in the following Schedule, delivered to export pig slaughterhouses.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Auckland Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as substituted by section 22 of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Auckland Licensing Committee on 25 November 1977 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours for the sale of liquor to the public, and further authorised the following hours of trading for the licensed premises known as DB Ponsonby Club Hotel, Auckland:
To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
On any Saturday: Opening at 10 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:
On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve): Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
On any Friday and Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve) and on Christmas Eve: Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening, but during the period from 10 o’clock in the evening to 11 o’clock in the evening the said premises shall not be open in respect of those parts of the premises known as “the wholesale and retail bottle shop department”.
On New Year’s Eve: Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 0.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day but during the period from 10 o’clock in the evening of New Year’s Eve to 0.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day the said premises shall not be open in respect of those parts of the premises known as “the wholesale and retail bottle shop department.”
