PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, and section 11 of the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into the land described in the schedule hereto is hereby taken saving and excepting all minerals within the meaning of the Land Act 1924, under the surface of the said part Section 145, and reserving always a right of ingress, egress, and regress to all persons lawfully engaged in working any such minerals, for works, appliances, and conveniences necessary, directly or indirectly, for the generation of electricity, from and after the 15th day of December 1977.
