Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Dunedin-Milton Motorway in the City of Dunedin

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a portion of the Dunedin-Milton Motorway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this proclamation shall affect only the land situated within the limits of the area shown hatched on plan S.O. 18832, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.
SCHEDULE
Otago Land District
Commencing at a point on the north-eastern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 7333, approximately 1 metre from the northern-most corner of that lot and proceeding thence in a generally south-westerly direction for a distance of 26 metres approximately, passing in, into, through, or over the following land, viz: Lot 3, D.P. 7333 (Motorway G.N. 445858, Gazette 1975, p. 1854), and Lot 4, D.P. 7333 (Better Utilisation, G.N. 353532, Gazette 1970, p. 554); and terminating at a point on the south-western boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 7333, 4 metres approximately from the westernmost corner of that lot; all being parts Section 11, Block VII, Town Survey District, City of Dunedin, as the same is delineated on the plan S.O. 18832, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of December 1977.

Land Taken for Defence Purposes in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District, Borough of Devonport

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for defence purposes.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 283 square metres, situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District, Borough of Devonport, and being part bed of Waitemata Harbour; as shown on plan S.O. 52566, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked "A".
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of December 1977.

Crown Land Set Apart for a Limited Access Road in Block II, Teviot Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 15th day of December 1977.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 2 roods and 18.1 perches, being part Section 130, Block II, Teviot Survey District; as shown on plan M.O.W. 141892 (S.O. 12046) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of November 1977.
