COMMENCING at a point on the north-western boundary of Lot 36, Deeds Plan 65, 4 metres approximately, from the westernmost corner of that lot and proceeding thence in a generally south-westerly direction for a distance of 38 metres approximately, passing in, into, through or over the following lands, viz: Lot 36, Deeds Plan 65 (C.T. A1/198); Lot 3, D.P. 3545 (Motorway, G.N. 443596, Gazette 1975, p. 1526); Lot 2, D.P. 3545 (Better Utilisation, G.N. 327102, Gazette 1968, p. 754); Lot 1, D.P. 3545 (Better Utilisation, G.N. 333153, Gazette 1968, p. 1766); and terminating at a point on the south-western boundary of Lot 7, D.P. 7333, 1 metre approximately, south-east of the northernmost corner of Lot 3, D.P. 7333; all being parts Section 11, Block VII, Town Survey District, City of Dunedin; as the same is delineated on plan S.O. 18811, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.

COMMENCING at a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Part Lot 4, Block VI, Deeds Plan 128, being part Section 6, Block VI, Town Survey District, 20 metres approximately, north-west of the north-eastern corner of the balance of that lot, and proceeding thence in a generally south-westerly direction for a distance of 41 metres approximately, passing in, into, through or over the following land, viz: Railway Land situated in Block VI, Town Survey District, City of Dunedin, and terminating at a point in line with the south-western boundary of part Lot 3, Block VI, Deeds Plan 128, being part Section 6, Block VI, Town Survey District, 21.5 metres approximately, north-west of the north-western corner of the balance of the said part Lot 3: as the same is delineated on plan S.O. 18812, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor of Dunedin.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Kaitaia as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after the 8th day of December 1977.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori land Court by an order dated the 14th day of September 1955 to be road, and to be vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Bay of Islands.

ALL that piece of land containing 6 acres 3 roods 31.8 perches, situated in Block IV, Motatau Survey District, and being part Motatau 2 Block, Section 26; as shown on plan M.L. 14531, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon coloured red wash.

PURSUANT to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road, and to be vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Bay of Islands.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby (a) proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Huntly, as from the 8th day of December 1977; and (b) further declare the land described in the said Schedule to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
