CORRIGENDUM

Division of Marlborough Pest Destruction District into Wards and Declaring Certain Areas to be Non-Rateable (No. 1809 Ag. 6/13/2/6A)

IN the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 104, October 6 1977, p. 2642, First Schedule:

(i) Insert the words “Northerly to and along the eastern boundary of Erina Settlement to” after the word “generally” in the penultimate line of the legal description of the area of the Waihopai Ward.

(ii) For the word “any” in line 15 of the legal description of the area of the Flaxbourne Ward read “and”.

(iii) For the word “south” in line 15 of the legal description of the area of the Flaxbourne Ward read “north”.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment, of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of December 1977.

Defining the Middle Line of Portions of the Dunedin–Milton Motorway in the City of Dunedin

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of portions of the Dunedin-Milton Motorway shall be that defined and set forth in the First, Second and Third Schedules hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the land situated within the limits of the areas shown hatched on plans S.O. 18810, S.O. 18811, and S.O. 18812, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.

FIRST SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

COMMENCING at a point on the north-eastern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 8809, 12 metres approximately from the easternmost corner of that lot and proceeding in a generally south-westerly direction for a distance of 52 metres approximately, passing in, into, through or over the following land, viz: Lots 3 and 2, D.P. 8809 (Better Utilisation, G.N. 433064, Gazette 1974, p. 2540); and terminating at a point on the south-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 8809, 24 metres approximately from the southernmost corner of the said Lot
