PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a road metal site, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Cook, from and after the 1st day of December 1977.

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice, dated the 19th day of July 1977, and published in Gazette, No. 95, 8 September 1977, page 2446, proclaiming land as a road and road closed and incorporated in an adjoining Crown Lease in Block I, Waipukurau Survey District, and Block XIII, Maraekakaho Survey District, Waipawa County, by omitting the words “recorded in register book, Volume 64, folio 56” and “William Hugh Bennet”, and substituting the words “recorded in register book, Volume 64, folio 156” and “William Hugh Bennett”.
