Land Proclaimed as Access Way and Access Way Closed in the Borough of Kaitaia

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as access way the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Kaitaia; and also proclaims that the portion of access way described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in the Northland Hospital Board.

ALL that piece of access way containing 2.5 perches, situated in the Borough of Kaitaia, adjoining or passing through part land on D.P. 12477; coloured yellow, edged yellow on plan.

As shown on plan S.O. 45142, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.
