Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Waihi Borough Council

Notice Respecting Proposed Alteration of Boundaries of Mosgiel Borough and Silverpeaks County
IT is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General, pursuant to section 12 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, praying that the areas described in the Schedule hereto be excluded from the area of Mosgiel Borough and be included in the area of Silverpeaks County.
