Declaring Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the City of Palmerston North

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First, Second, Third, and Fourth Schedules hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the land described in the said First Schedule to the stormwater drainage rights granted by transfer No. 127873.4, and subject also, as to the land described in the said Second Schedule, to the sewage drainage rights granted by transfer No. 214288.6 and subject also, as to the land described in the said Third Schedule, to the sanitary sewer rights granted by Transfer No. 068036.3, for State housing purposes, from and after the 24th day of November 1977.

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration, dated the 15th day of July 1977, and published in Gazette, No. 95, 8 September 1977, on page 2445, declaring land taken for road in Block XVI, Taramarama Survey District, Wairoa County, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.
