PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 2nd day of November 1976, published in Gazette, 18 November 1976, No. 117, at page 2605 declaring land taken for a Recreation Ground in the City of Takapuna, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the Schedule, and substituting the following Schedule:
