In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928:

Notice is hereby given that it is proposed under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the land described in the First Schedule hereto such land to be used for deviations on the roads therein mentioned, and to take the land described in the Second Schedule hereto for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and notice is hereby given that plans of the land so required to be taken are deposited in the public office of the Matamata County Council, Rose Street, Tirau, and are there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of hearing.

0.1 of a perch and 1.3 perches, being parts Lot 1, D.P. 17083, adjoining Paraonui Road, Tokoroa, in Blk III, Patetere South S.D., County of Matamata, and shown on S.O. Plan 44769 coloured blue, edged blue.

DECLARATION BY THE REGISTRAR DISSOLVING A SOCIETY

I, Patricia Anne Harrison, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Cathedral Church of St. Mary (Auckland) Trust Board is no longer carrying on operations, the aforesaid Trust Board is hereby dissolved, in pursuance of section 26 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.
