IN THE MATTER OF the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER OF BIG DADDYS BURGERS (1976) LIMITED (in receivership):
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for winding up the above named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 4th day of November 1977, presented to the said Court by MCPHERSON, KEMP & COMPANY LIMITED, a company within the meaning of the Companies Act 1955, having its registered office at 27 Anzac Avenue, Dunedin, and carrying on business there as a manufacturer’s agent and importer; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Dunedin on the 30th day of November 1977, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Waipa County Council proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the construction of a public road for which purpose the land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928. A plan of the land required to be taken as aforesaid lies open to public inspection at the office of the Council in Bank Street, Te Awamutu. Every person directly affected is hereby called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of such work or to the taking of such land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send such written objection to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Wellington, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice. A public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

MORRINSVILLE BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR SANITARY WORKS
NOTICE is hereby given that the Morrinsville Borough Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 to take for sanitary works to provide access to a refuse disposal site the land described in the Schedule hereto, subject to and together with the Easements therein described and notice is hereby further given that the plans of the land, so required to be taken are deposited at the office of the Morrinsville Borough Council, Canada Street, Morrinsville, and are there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land, if they have any objections to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, make written objection and send it within forty 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board at Wellington, and that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the Maungatapu Block and the Piako County described as follows:
(a) 4916 square metres, being part Maungatapu D3A2 Block part certificate of title Volume 1792, folio 7 shown as ‘A’ on Survey Office plan SO. 49344, subject to the right of way thereafter created by provisional register, Volume 243, folio 37.
(b) 4729 square metres, part Maungatapu D3B Block part certificate of title Volume 9d, folio 1396 shown as ‘B’ on Survey Office plan SO. 49344, subject to the right of way thereover created by S. 434098 and together with the right of way over part Maungatapu D3A2 Block, created by provisional register, Volume 243, folio 37.
(c) 1438 square metres, being part Maungatapu No. D3C Block, being part certificate of title, Volume 9d, folio 1413 shown as ‘C’ on Survey Office plan SO. 49076, together with the right of way over Maungatapu 3B and D3A2 Blocks created by S. 434098, and provisional register Volume 243, folio 37 and subject to the right of way thereover created by S. 434248.
The land is situated in the Piako County between the new Borough refuse disposal site and Roaches Road as it is intended as an access to the refuse disposal site.
