Crown Land Set Apart for a Limited Access Road in Block I,
Whakatane Survey District, Whakatane District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after the 17th day of November 1977.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 26 square metres, situated in Block I, Whakatane Survey District, being part Lot 3, D.P. 21268; as shown on plan S.O. 47482 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton and thereon marked “Z”.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 19th day of October 1977.

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block III, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 17th day of November 1915, to be road, and to be vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Taranaki.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 9587 square metres, being Maori roadline situated in Block III, Paritutu Survey District;
as shown on plan S.O. 10802, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at New Plymouth,

Waipori Rural Fire District Order 1977

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 14th day of November 1977.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
-
(1) This order may be cited as the Waipori Rural Fire District Order 1977.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. -
In this order, unless the context otherwise requires the ‘Act’ means the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1955, ‘District’ means the Waipori Rural Fire District.
PART I—CONSTITUTION OF THE WAIPORI RURAL FIRE DISTRICT

The area, specified in the Schedule to this order, is hereby constituted and declared to be a rural fire district to be known as the Waipori Rural Fire District.

The trees and other plants on the land, described in the Schedule to this order, are hereby specified as the property for the protection for which the district is constituted.

The period between the 1st day of October in any one year and the 30th day of September in the following year (both days inclusive) is hereby declared to be a closed fire season in the district.

The Waipori Rural Fire District shall be administered for the purposes of the said Act, by the Dunedin City Corporation.
