Declaring Land Taken for a Limited Access Road in Irregular Block, East Taieri Survey District, Taieri County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road, from and after the 10th day of November 1977.

Declaration that Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Waitemata City Council on the 11th day of July 1977:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Waitemata City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said city and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.”

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and how Proceeds of Sale shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for accessway purposes over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Waitemata City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Waihi Borough Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for local purpose (esplanade), and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Waihi, in trust, for that purpose.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Pahiatua County Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Pahiatua and revokes the reservation as a reserve for a site for a roadman’s cottage over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
