Development, Auckland, and there available for public inspection; it is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 October 1977, and pursuant to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution of 4 November 1976*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration of the said State highway for one half of its width on the southern side commencing 360 metres from the junction of the western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. S18166 (CT 16D/1365) and road reserve boundary and extending eastwards for 50 metres along the road reserve boundary.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 October 1977 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway 23 (Hamilton-Raglan) from the western boundary of Hamilton City to its junction with Egan Road, Whatawhata, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 9 of plan LA 22/71/1 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 October 1977 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway 4 (Te Kuiti-Wanganui), from the boundary of the Town of Owhango to its junction with Raurimu Road, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of plan LA 41/54/1 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Taumarunui, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 October 1977 and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway 3, Ohaupo to Te Awamutu section, for half its width on the western side commencing at the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 20527 and extending 300 metres southward, as more particularly shown on plan LA 22/44/2 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway 2, Apata to Bethlehem section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 14 inclusive of plan M.O.W. 16172 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Tauranga, and there available for public inspection; it is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 October 1977 and pursuant to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution of 20 March 1970*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration of the said State highway for one half of its width on the northern side commencing at the junction point of the western boundary of part Allot. 91 K2, Te Puna Parish (C.T. 44/115) with the road reserve boundary and extending 10 metres eastward along the road reserve boundary.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway 3, Stoney Creek to Manawatu Gorge section, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 5 of plan M.O.W. 15326 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Palmerston North, and there available for public inspection; it is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 19 October 1977, and pursuant to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution of 23 June 1969*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration of the said State highway for one half of its width on the southern side commencing at the junction point of the eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 12765, with the road reserve boundary and extending westwards for 250 metres along that boundary.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—South Canterbury Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as substituted by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the South Canterbury Licensing Committee on 29 September 1977 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours for the sale of liquor to the public, and further authorised the following hours of trading for the licensed premises known as D.B. Omarama Hotel, Omarama:

(a) On every Monday to Friday inclusive (not being days when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o’clock in the morning and the hour of closing 10 o’clock in the evening

(b) On every Saturday and Christmas Eve (not being days when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o’clock in the morning and the hour of closing 11 o’clock in the evening.

(c) On every New Year’s Eve (not being a day when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Eve and the hour of closing 0.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

(d) This order applies to the M.S. and A.P. Hall of the hotel only.
