Revocation of the Reservation over part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for soil conservation and river control purposes described in the Schedule hereto.

Reservation of Land and Declaration that Land be Part of the Ashburton Domain

Resumption of Unformed Road in Blocks V, VI, VII, IX, X, XIII, Grey Survey District, Hurunui County

PURSUANT to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Hurunui County Council, pursuant to the said section 191B, and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
