Declaring Land Held for a Government Work (Railway Purpose) at Waipahi and Not Now Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 7th day of November 1977.

Appointment of the Hurunui County Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Hurunui County Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for recreation purposes.

Appointment of the Hurunui County Council to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Hurunui County Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for local purpose (site for an historical museum).

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve specifying the Manner of Disposal and how Proceeds of Sale shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for plantation purposes over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Manukau City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
