IN the notice with the above heading published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 105, 13 October 1977, p. 2701, under “Schedule” read “Situated within Waimea County at Murchison.”

CORRIGENDUM

Alterations to the Scales of Charges upon the New Zealand Government Railways: Amendment No. 9: General Scale of Charges

THE notice with the above heading, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 91, 25 August 1977, p. 2320, is hereby amended as follows:

(a) For “Amendment No. 9” read “Amendment No. 11”.

(b) Delete the words “Amendment No. 8: Gazette 1977, page 1321” where they appear in the notice and substitute the words:

“Amendment No. 8: Gazette, 1977, page 1321.
Amendment No. 9: Gazette, 1977, page 1336.
Amendment No. 10: Gazette, 1977, page 1344.”

CORRIGENDUM

IN the Third Schedule to the notice dated the 27th day of June 1977, published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 84, 11 August 1977, at page 2198, proclaiming land as road, road closed and land taken and vested in Block III, Patoka Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County, pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, for ‘and thereon marked “N”’ read ‘and thereon marked “M”’, which last-mentioned words appear in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works and Development.

Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes, in Block IX, Belmont Survey District, Hutt County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is taken for soil conservation and river control purposes; and I also declare that the Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1977.

Land Taken for Flood Protection Works in Block II, Wharekawa Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for flood protection works and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Franklin, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of November 1977.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 20 square metres, situated in Block II, Wharekawa Survey District, being part Wharekawa 5B North 3 Block; as shown on plan S.O. 48096, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon marked “G”.
