CORRIGENDUM
IN the Declaration dated the 22nd day of November 1976 and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 129, 22 December 1976, p. 2931, declaring land taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and to be Crown land in Blocks I and II, Whakatane Survey District, Whakatane District, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 for the areas of land first and secondly described in the Schedule thereto read:

Land Taken for the Purposes of a Rubbish Dump in Block XIII, Oroua Survey District, Manawatu County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a rubbish dump, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Feilding as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of February 1977.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIII, Oroua Survey District, described as follows:

The Waitarere Domain Board Foreshore Control Order 1977

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 25th day of January 1977
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
-
(1) This order may be cited as the Waitarere Domain Board Foreshore Control Order 1977.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 18th day of January 1977. -
In this order—
“The Act” means the Harbours Act 1950;
“The Board” means the Waitarere Domain Board;
“Foreshore” means such parts of the bed, shore or banks of a tidal water as are covered and uncovered by the flow and ebb of the tide at ordinary spring tides;
“Minister” means the Minister of Transport and includes any officer, person or authority acting by or under the direction or authority of the Minister. -
There is hereby granted to the Board for a period of 21 years from the commencement of this order, subject to the provisions of section 165 of the Act and to the conditions specified in the Second Schedule to this order, the control of the foreshore described in the First Schedule to this order.
FIRST SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of the foreshore in Horowhenua County commencing from a point 302 metres northward of the mouth of the Wairarawa Stream and extending generally southward a distance of 1308 metres.
