Appointment of Member to the National Hydatids Council

NOTICE is hereby given by direction of the Minister of Agriculture that, pursuant to section 4 of the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government has been pleased to appoint

Eric Roy (on the nomination of the N.Z. Federation of Young Farmers’ Clubs (Inc.))

to be a member of the National Hydatids Council for a term of 3 years from 9 December 1977, vice Mr. G. W. Neilson.

Declaring Land Taken for a Crematorium in the City of Manakau

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to Proclamation No. 18804, North Auckland Land Registry, for a crematorium, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Papatoetoe, from and after the 27th day of October 1977.
