Land taken, subject to and together with the Benefit of Rights of Way, and an Easement over Land taken for Sanitary Works in Block VI, Mangakawa Survey District, Piako County

RICHARD WILD, Administrator of the Government

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sanitary works, together with the benefit of the right of way appurtenant thereto created by memorandum of transfer, No. S. 434098, South Auckland Land Registry, and subject as to the land secondly described to the right of way created by memorandum of transfer, No. S. 434248, South Auckland Land Registry, and the right of way described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sanitary works over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto such right of way to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and that both land and easement shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Morrinsville, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of October 1977.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land, situated in Block VI, Maungakawa Survey District, described as follows:

SECOND SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Description of Easement

THE full, free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity, for the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Morrinsville to construct and use a right of way, with the right for the corporation’s servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees to go, pass and re-pass, with or without animals, and vehicles over and along the land described in the Third Schedule hereto and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way.

THIRD SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

Land over which Easement is taken

ALL that piece of land containing 1438 square metres, situated in Block VI, Maungakawa Survey District, being part Maungatapu D3C Block; as shown on plan S.O. 49076 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked ‘C’.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand this 19th day of October 1977.

Warrant appointing a Member of the Industrial Court and Industrial Commission under the Industrial Relations Act 1973
