NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the
24th day of August 1977 presented to the Court by
GRAHAM ALEXANDER WARDLAW, of Napier, District Com-
missioner of Inland Revenue; and that the said petition is
directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Napier on the
16th day of November 1977 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon;
and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous
to support or oppose the making of an order on the said
petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or
by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition
will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or
contributory of the said company requiring a copy on pay-
ment of the regulated charge for the same.

abovenamed, notice in writing of his intention so to do. The

IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER
of EUROPA OIL (N.Z.) LIMITED, a duly incorporated com-
pany having its registered office at Wellington, and carrying
on business as a wholesaler of petroleum and related prod-
ucts:
NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court
of New Zealand, dated the 27th day of September 1977,
confirming the reduction of the authorised capital of the
above-named company from eight million dollars ($8,000,000)
to seven million four hundred and eighty thousand dollars
($7,480,000) and of the issued capital of the company from
seven million five hundred and forty thousand dollars
($7,540,000) to seven million and twenty thousand dollars
($7,020,000), and the minute approved by the Court showing,
the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, were
registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 14th day
of October 1977. The said minute is in the words and figures
following:
“The authorised capital of EUROPA OIL (N.Z.) LIMITED
henceforth is seven million four hundred and eighty
thousand dollars ($7,480,000) of which seven million
and twenty thousand dollars ($7,020,000) has been issued,
divided into three million seven hundred and eighty
thousand ($3,780,000) ordinary shares of one dollar ($1)
each fully paid and three million two hundred and forty
thousand ($3,240,000) ordinary shares of one dollar
($1) each paid to twenty-five cents ($0.25) each, having
been reduced from an authorised capital of eight million
dollars ($8,000,000) of which seven million five hundred
and forty thousand dollars ($7,540,000) had been issued
divided into three million seven hundred and eighty
thousand (3,780,000) ordinary shares of one dollar ($1)
each fully paid, three million two hundred and forty
thousand (3,240,000) shares of one dollar ($1) each
paid to twenty-five cents ($0.25) each and two hundred
and sixty thousand (260,000) preference shares of two
dollars ($2) each fully paid.”

support or oppose the making of an order on the said
petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or
by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition

tributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment
