LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 399 Khyber Pass Road, Auckland; and the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 16th day of November 1977 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

OF F. G. HENDERSON LIMITED, a company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office at Matamata:

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 30th day of August 1977, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from sixty-four thousand dollars ($64,000) to three thousand two hundred dollars ($3,200) and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-named Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 4th day of October 1977.

The said minute is in the words and figures following:

"That the capital of the company be reduced from sixty-four thousand dollars ($64,000) divided into 32,000 shares of $2 each to $3,200 divided into 32,000 shares of 10 cents each and that such reduction shall be effected by paying to each shareholder the sum of one dollar ninety cents ($1.90) for each share held by him being capital which is in excess of wants of the company".
