Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of Part IV of the said Act, to be known as the Tanekaha Scenic Reserve.

Declaration that State Forest Land shall be a Scenic Reserve and shall be part of the Nydia Bay Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the State forest land, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of Part IV of the said Act, to form part of the Nydia Bay Scenic Reserve, to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board.
