CORRIGENDUM
Approving a Company for Securities under the Administration Act 1969
IN the Order in Council published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 95, dated 8 September 1977, page 2439, which approved an incorporated company, the security of which may be accepted for the purposes of section 15 of the above Act in place of a bond, for “Norwich Winterthur Insurance (N.Z.) Limited” read “Norwich Winterthur Insurance (NZ) Limited”, which words appeared in the original Order in Council.

IN the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 70, dated 23 June 1977, page 1773, line 4, for “Te Whanua” read “Te Whanau”.

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council dated 2 September 1974, published in New Zealand Gazette, 19 September 1974, Vol. III, p. 1968, declaring the number of members and apportioning representation on the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.

WHEREAS it is considered expedient as a matter of public importance that inquiry should be made into the adequacy of social facilities in the Waiouru Camp community:
Now, therefore, pursuant to the Commissions of Inquiry Act 1908, I, The Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby appoint you, the said JAMES HENDERSON MACKY, to be a Commission to inquire into and report upon the following matters:
(1) The public facilities available in the social environment of the Waiouru township and Military Camp area with particular reference to the adequacy of:
